I’m very humble and proud to announce three more award nominations that I received this week. It took a little work so I decided to compile them in one post.

1. Vegetarian
2. Played piano for over ten years
3. Learned five languages
4. My favorite past times are reading and listening to music
5. I travel a bit, internationally
6. I’ve fallen in love with a Newspaper reporter, and now I have a blog about it
7. I’m thankful for those who have supported me in this endeavor!
8. I try to exercise at least 4 days a week
9. I live in New York City
10. I am learning how to tweet better
11. I try hard to build a following

Dear Kitty’s questions:

1. What did the Internet, in general, change in your life? It opened me to talking to different people around the world, whom I may have never met
2. What did your blog change in your life? Its a new blog, but it has given me a sense of purpose and direction writing about my life.
3. Are there differences in your blog, from when it started, compared to now? Some I have changed the theme and added widget to other social sites for my followers
4. What is your favourite WordPress feature? Publicize, it saves me the hassle of repeatedly publishing
5. What is the worst WordPress feature? I don’t have one I hate, but I wish on a whole we can customize more.
6. Which bird species around where you live do you like particularly? Pigeons.
7. Which country, which you have never been to yet, would you like to visit? Why? Anywhere in Africa, I have not yet been to continent, although I have studied it indepth and think it would be wonderful to visit, particularly, Ghana, Sierra Leone, Ivory Coast, South Africa, Ethiopia.
8. Which book you have read do you dislike most? Why? Sarah Palin’s Going Rogue. I don’t like her style of writing
9. Which is the most beautiful national park, nature reserve etc. which you have ever visited? Denali National Park
10. Are you on Facebook? If so, then why? Yes, my friend made me make a profile years ago, now i can’t live with out it
11. If you are not on Facebook, then why not? I am

      I really loved point no. 7, trying to build a following. That’s very sweet of you to admit, although, almost everyone wants that. :) I’m fairly new to these awards and didn’t know they existed. :) Congratulations to you on receiving them,

    Thank you for nominating me. I used to have an Alan Smithee Blog award page that I have recently removed… It was my way of declining all awards sent my way, as Le Clown is a douche when it comes to awards… He just doesn’t do them. I truly appreciate the sentiment, though: it’s a nice recognition from peers. This being said, congratulations on yours!! And good to see you again. Looking forward to next time… as you must be looking forward to the end of this interminable comment………
